On May 9, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the fifteenth assessment team of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission conducted a comprehensive assessment of the 2021 annual target responsibility of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings. Liu Wenjun, leader of the 15th assessment team and chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Provincial SASAC, gave a mobilization speech, and Yuan Hongming, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, made a special report. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager Zhou Xiangqiang and other members of the leadership team, party and government leaders of relevant units and employee representatives attended the meeting.

Liu Wenjun requested that we must adhere to the correct orientation and give full play to the important role of the comprehensive assessment of target responsibility; we must pay close attention to the goals and tasks, and make contributions to stabilizing the province's economic market; we must do a good job in the three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform to increase the high-quality development of enterprises. It is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the party's leadership and party building, and provide a strong guarantee for making state-owned capital stronger, better and bigger. 

Yuan Hongming, on behalf of the leadership team of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, made the "2021 Annual Target Responsibility Comprehensive Assessment Report" and "2021 Annual Personnel Selection and Employment Work Special Report".

Yuan Hongming said that Shaanxi Automobile Holdings will have strong confidence, exert all its energy, seize opportunities, make greater contributions to the development of the province's automobile industry with solid performance, and welcome the victory of the 20th Party Congress.
